About Pemberton Business Resolution
Funding trouble tends to hit owners at the worst possible time, and what they usually get is a pitch, not an explanation. This site exists to be the explanation.
These guides are written for the owner who got declined yesterday, who dreads tomorrow's draft, who carries three positions without a single sheet listing them, or who just wants to be finished. Every situation follows the same layout: what it means, the first thing to do, and each option with its honest cost.
When a request we place funds, the funding partners in our network pay us, and we say so openly. When a bank, your existing funder, an attorney or a counselor is the right answer, we send you there without being paid, and that happens often because it so often fits.
Each guide is checked against current funder agreements and public sources, shows a published and an updated date, and never treats a figure as an offer. If you spot anything here that's out of date, let us know and we'll correct it.
How we are paid
When a request we place gets funded, the funding partner pays Pemberton Business Resolution. We never charge you to read, ask, receive options or hear a no. Whenever the honest answer is a bank, your existing funder, an attorney or a nonprofit counselor, we send you there, and we are not paid for doing it.
Our network
The funding partners and marketing partners that Pemberton Business Resolution works with make up an exclusive network. If you send us a request, those partners may receive your details so they can review your situation and show you possible funding options. Your information is not sold by us for unrelated purposes.
How the guides are written
Each situation page opens with your first steps, before any product gets named. Before any guide goes up, it is compared against current funder agreements and public sources and goes through a compliance review: no advance is ever described as a loan, no figure is shown as an offer, each factor rate comes with its APR-equivalent, and nothing promises approval. Each guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated, and it gets revised when products or law change. If you find something out of date, tell us at info@pembertonbusinessresolution.com.
