Reach a person

Three doors, and you pick. None of them requires a conversation unless you want one.

01 · I need capital and want genuine choices

Start a request for funding options

Tell us the number and the situation. A funding specialist goes through your statements the way an underwriter would, then gives you options in plain numbers (amount, total payback, daily or weekly amount, APR-equivalent) or an honest 'not yet' along with what would change it.

02 · I want out from under what I already owe

Talk through consolidation or a restructure

If you hold more than one position or the daily load is too heavy, a consolidation conversation with partners in our network can put the cost of one longer agreement next to what you pay now, total payback included. At times the honest answer is that it won't help, and we'll tell you so.

PlainlyWhat it is: a partner in our network arranges a new agreement, priced like an advance, that replaces or covers your current ones. The daily amount usually goes down while the total you repay goes up. If it funds, that partner pays us.

03 · I just have a question

Ask the desk

There's nothing to fill out and nothing to upload. Tell us what's happening, and someone will write back within one business day with a straight answer or point you to the right page.

When we are not the right call

Get an attorney involved this week if you have received a lawsuit, a judgment or a UCC notice. If a bank or credit union can say yes in time for you, go with that. When no payment level keeps the business viable, a nonprofit business counselor or a restructuring attorney can do more than any funder, ours included.

03 · Ask the desk

Write what is going on.

A few lines is enough. Someone will write back within one business day with a straight answer or point you to the right page.
